The Plush Team in CandyLand and in Starbucks!

Milwaukee photographer Doug Downing loved the CandyLand show so much it inspired him to make a photo exhibition. His photos of the show are up at the East Pointe Starbucks (544 E. Ogden Ave.) Milwaukee and they will be up for the duration of the show. The photos look fab - and one of them is of my Flossie - can you see it? 2nd from the left :)

LightBox Attempt 1

Thank you to everyone who has given me advice recently about taking photos and lightboxes. I have been looking around in shops here to see what stuff I can get to make a light box and this is where I'm at so far. I have 2 more big sheets of that white card so I will continue to experiment and maybe make something different but this is a definite improvement on what I had!

Partizanka

This Partizanka is a custom order I've just finished. I'm really happy with how she turned out - but I'm not happy with the photos! So far I haven't found a good place to take photos in our new house. They all come out too dark. Maybe it's time to make a lightbox - any thoughts on this?

He loves to take photos in the big cities of the world - some of his best photos so far were taken New York City - the Flat Iron Building, the Empire State and rows of Brownstones being amongst his favourites. At the moment he is working on a photography project in Bosnia Herzegovina but after that he will be looking for a new job. Have you got a project for him where you live? If so you can contact him via my etsy shop.
